PCD GRINDING MACHINE FOR DIAMOND TOOL WITH CROSS TABLE PRECISION LINEAR SLIDE AND VERY ACCURACY ANGLE ENCODER
The ZT-120 is a precision tools grinding machine which can grind the blade and coordinated with a variety of optional accessories, it can grind milling cutter, , boring cutter, and driller with very efficient work.
ZT-120 Grinding machine is similar specification with Ewag RS15, FARMAN 500D , and it can add a rotary holder which suitable for rotary tools, endmills grinding.

- SCHNEEBERGER heavy duty &precision linear slide guide for its accuracy and life
- Worktable pivots up to 270 degrees with adjustable positioning stops and quickly locks
- The whole pneumatic system use JAPAN SMC brand, to get rapid feed and infeed
- Linear grating and angle encoder of this model is FAGOR, make sure the precision indication.
- C.C.D Camera with LCD monitor and precision scale for easy set up& inspection during grinding.
- LCD monitor scope with zoom system for adjustable from 7- 45 magnification even 0.05 radius can be grinding and inspection.
